June Favourites

I know I think this every month, but how is it almost July already! Aside from the too hot weather, which I can't stand, July is one of my favourite months because it's my birthday! But before I get too carried away, let's take a quick look back on my favourites products this month.

Vichy Aqualia Thermal Serum (£22.50 - now on offer at many online retailers):
I raved about this serum so much here so I won't go on about it too much. But it is seriously the best hydrating serum I have ever tried. It has a gorgeous formula which sinks in fast and doesn't interfere with makeup. I have been using it every morning since I bought it and have noticed impressive differences in my skin.

As you can probably tell hydration has been the most important thing for my skin this month and I am so glad I picked this up. It is a fine mist which adds an instant boost of hydration to the skin and is lovely to use just before makeup application if it has been a while since my morning skincare routine.

This shade is quite different for me, as I usually love a bronzey eye, however I have really been enjoying using it this month. It glides beautifully over the eyes and lasts for ages. It has been a really quick and easy way of looking like I've put more effort in, which is always a bonus!

The heat this month has really made me appreciate how amazing this liner is as it stays in place all day. It doesn't smudge or run and looks exactly the same in the evening as it did in the morning, I love it! I am not great at eyeliner but I find this pen makes it as easy as it can be and I would recommend it to everyone.

This is a bit of an odd product, but it seriously works. I can't describe the smell, it's kind of a spicy spa smell if that makes sense, but when rubbed deep into aching muscles it soothes and relaxes. I love to use it on my shoulders and upper back after a long day and almost immediately the pain begins to fade away. It's magic.

I am appalling at describing scents, but the Boots website says it has 'top notes of mandarin and orange, middle notes of Sambac jasmine with a hint of orange tree, Catleya orchid, freesia and Centifolia rose and a woody base note of Patchouli.' It is a gorgeous florally fragrance, especially for summertime, and being quite strong a little goes a long way. I don't think I will ever finish it at this rate!
